Jan began her career in real estate in 1989, being instrumental in helping her husband, Jim, in his home construction business; assisting in building site, design, and material selections. Jan knows homes literally from the ground up, and provides useful information about the homes our clients have from materials to construction techniques. As a Central Ohio native Jan knows the communities and can help you review what each area can offer you to enjoy daily living. Her career as a former elementary school teacher with Columbus Public Schools allowed her begin honing her key skills that make her one of the best real estate agents in Central Ohio. Jan really cares about her clients well-being, and with excellent skill in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and resourcefulness she and her group can make your real estate dreams a reality..
Jan recognized the value of a team early in her real estate career, with team member Bryson, they discovered the advantages of combining skills to better serve a wide variety of clients. After Bryson and her family relocated from Central Ohio, Jan added Amy Bumpus to her team, and they moved forward together. They enjoy collaborating to provide the best experience possible for clients. The team grew and changed over the years, but Jan and Amy discovered their complimentary skill set made for a winning combination and they truly enjoy working together to help clients find the best fit for their community and in a home to live their best lives.
