Jan Benadum

With over 30 years of real estate experience, Jan has the knowledge and experience to help guide Buyers and Sellers through any real estate transaction.

A Central Ohio native and former elementary school teacher with Columbus Public Schools, Jan started her real estate career in 1989. At that time Jan was instrumental in helping her husband, Jim, in his home construction business; assisting in building site, design, and material selections. Jan knows homes literally from the ground up, and can provide useful information about materials and construction techniques.

Jan has focused much of her business on relocation, helping buyers and sellers in the relocation process. Jan believes in "going the extra mile" to help clients find the best possible home and community to meet their needs. It is her belief that with the diversity of housing available in the Columbus area, through her guidance she can ensure that clients will find the perfect home for their needs.

A top producing agent from the beginning of her career, Jan received her first sales award in 1990, earning the Columbus Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club award. Over the years Jan has distinguished herself as one to the top buyer's agents in the Central Ohio area, ranking as the #6 Buyer's Agent in the entire Central Ohio area in 1999, and continuously ranking a top producer with Coldwell Banker King Thompson as one of the top 10 large teams in the Central Ohio area for the last seven years.

As a full-time realtor for over 20 years, Amy believes that the Central Ohio Area is the best place to live in Ohio and she is excited to show you why!

Amy wants all of her buyers to take the time they need to make the right decision for them.

​When representing Sellers, Amy always uses gentle, but honest, feedback to make sure a house is prepped to perfection before it hits the market. She professionally markets the house to reach as many potential buyers as possible and walks her clients through all of the steps in between contract and closing. 

​Amy has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University, and completed her real estate coursework at Hondros. After leading business development at Mars Communications and Zero Base Advertising, Amy discovered that her passion was working with people to get results. While, marketing a real estate brokerage, Amy found her skills perfectly aligned with helping people buy & sell homes. The broker urged her get her real estate license and the rest is history. Growing up her family was very active in the community, volunteering and striving to make Chillicothe a better place, Real estate allows her to make a real difference in the lives of her clients.

Amy has lived in the Greater Columbus Area since 1990 and is an enthusiastic advocate for the area and all it has to offer.  When she isn’t assisting real estate clients she loves to spend time with her family & friends often cooking & baking for them. Brian Benadum

Brian is a Columbus native, with over 12 years of experience. He has witnessed the great transformations in the area – from a boarded up and desolate downtown into a bustling metropolitan city that retains its small-town feel. His knowledge of this region, and experiences having always lived here, gives him the enthusiasm and a desire to make his home, your home.

Brian grew up in real estate, his father is a builder and renovation expert, and his mother is not only a real estate professional but his team leader. His enthusiasm for helping others combined with his knowledge of building homes and of real estate sales help him connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible.

When he isn’t assisting real estate clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors, often hiking with his dog Sierra, and gaming with friends.
