From adding in virtual meeting options to video tours to help make your listing more visible online, and we are being more diligent and aware of handwashing, social distancing guidelines, using face coverings, sanitizers, and more. For sellers, we are creating video tours that highlight the best features of your home and the benefits of your community to help attract buyers to your property. Using video improves the number of people that will see your home while we are promoting your home online on various social media and google platforms, and the videos are also prepared to help protect you by having buyers review your more home closely to determine if it seems like a good fit before ever entering your home. For buyers, we are trying to help you determine if a home is a good fit by reviewing the features and location closely, along with reviewing the comps to help you determine if the home will work for your budget and your ability to provide a competitive offer before we schedule to enter for a live showing. At showings, we are taking precautions by entering the home first to make sure it is ready with lights on and doors open, so you don’t have to touch anything in a home that we go to see, along with wearing face coverings for your protection. Our week over week numbers provides Central Ohio with some good news in real estate….as we have strong numbers for showings, closings, new listings, and homes going under contract.
